Delegates out of Hyderabad , need to make their own travel arrangement.

The Local Accommodation, Local Transport and Food during the conference, will be taken care by the Youth Assembly.

The Out station delegates need to inform their arrival at Hyderabad , in advance, for the pick up at the station.
»
We advice the outstation delegates to make their travel arrangements to reach Hyderabad on the 10 th of October and leave on the 12 th night.
